TITANIUM STRING ADJUSTER VIOLIN (E, A STRING) AND VIOLA (ONLY A STRING)
The unique flexure joint, combined with the fascinating material titanium, offers a range of advantages:

- at least 50% lighter than conventional metal fine tuners, resulting in reduced damping effects
- fine tuner flexural joint is wear-free and free of play
- smooth-operating, gold-plated adjustment screw with fine threads
- the materials used - titanium and gold - are biocompatible and therefore hypoallergenic
Useful information:
The fine tuner's adjustment screw thread comes pre-lubricated with a special, highly pressure-resistant grease paste.
Re-lubrication is generally not required for several years.
Use a high-viscosity (paste-like, viscous), semi-synthetic or fully synthetic lubricant. Teflon (PTFE) pastes are also suitable.
Ideally, clean the adjustment screw and the fine tuner thread beforehand using, for example, alcohol or cleaning spirit / cleaning solvent.
ATTENTION: Never use graphite from pencil leads for re-lubrication! It is mixed with clay or similar fine-grained materials and will ruin the adjustment screw thread!
